Running (Back) to Health

Running is something a lot of us do, and for some us like myself, it has been suffering some neglect.
Neglect can lead us to feel less than optimal as the health benefits of running are well-publicized.

So if you are contemplating running (again) then know it:

1 Helps you improve your physical health.

2 Get clearer mentally.

3 Makes you happier, runner’s high is a real thing.

And of course, It can be a fun family activity together.

And if you want to run with your babies or toddlers, then there’s always a running-pram.

So put on your trainers, pump up those running-pram tires if necessary and go.
